Auditing Current Human Resources Practices An audit can provide a cost savings to your organization in two ways. First, an audit will include reviewing all HR practices including, but not limited to: risk management, employee handbooks, harassment policies, FMLA, EEOC, Diversity Programs etc.
The audit will accurately identify any and all practices that need to be reformed or improved. This information will allow you to focus direct attention and specific resources only on those HR practices that require repair. An audit also will help to avoid spending unnecessary time and money on HR practices that do not require rehabilitation.
Second, an audit will help ensure that your policies, procedures and other employment practices are developed and implemented so that your business is protected from potential litigation.
Additionally, the audit would ensure that your company has the required legal forms, documents and employee benefit programs implemented in the event of an on-site visit by any government agency.
Development of Management Training Programs
A variety of training programs is available through our consulting services. You can select from any of the following, or you can work with a consultant for a custom training program designed to meet your specific needs:

• EEOC or HRD complaints
• Employee grievances and complaints as well as an assortment of other employment issues. This support can be provided by on-site visits or via a telephone conference based on the needs of the client.
